Florida's Live Local Act is a comprehensive, statewide attainable housing strategy designed to increase the availability of housing opportunities for Florida's residents, who desire to live within the communities they serve. To qualify to live in our community, certain income restrictions apply based on the size of your household. Your Income Tax Return will need to be provided as part of the application process. Please contact our leasing office to confirm your eligibility before applying to one of our apartment homes.

• If your household is made up of 1 person, your total household income cannot exceed $104,000 per year.
• If your household is made up of 2 people, your total household income cannot exceed $118,000 per year.
• If your household is made up of 3 people, your total household income cannot exceed $133,000 per year.
• If your household is made up of 4 people, your total household income cannot exceed $148,000 per year.
